A figure into your tent comes in
Leaving his home of comfort
For a discomfort had him driven
and the fear too of being cut short

Hence into this stranger’s eyes he looks
With hopes as high as mountain.
A stranger who has spent his life on books
and has forfeited much just to train

And become the block
between this figure and the beyond
for it may take just a tick of the clock
To transcend in just a second

A stranger becomes trusted
On things unknown to this figure’s best of friends
Even as he may be exhausted
Yet he struggles to get this figure back to his friends

How gladly this figure returns to his abode
For the discomfort is gone
His joy can explode
And even reach the sun

He’s now a very happy client
And a grateful visitor
The figure, the patient
This stranger, the doctor
