It hits you…“like I was civilized”; “Like”, whatever is TIM suggesting here—Ha-ha…Hair brushed aside to view the eyes so I’m painting these scenarios
- A child with real plenty hair being sung to by the mother
- An Asian ‘Boys-over-flowers’ dude with frontal hair being teased by bae
- A girl being teased by bae as well
Let’s see which scenario fits….“Held your hand so that I can make you mine”, doesn’t sound like a mom, still fits though I’m leaning heavily to scenario 2 and 3…“Take a step back or I’ll shut you out” could pass for a mother’s lamentation after her child is all grown up and doesn’t want her all in thy face (back to scenario 1)…The next 5 lines takes me through the doors I’ve opened, still can’t place it…It’s okay though, that’s what great poetry does, spins you into different orbits… “Cause you turn me on….” Totally shuts the door on scenario 1…Stuck on ‘bae with hair’ theory…

Our angel is going all rapstress on us (Wasn’t quite palatable, shoulda stuck with singing)…Now emotionally-unavailable-bae still managed some tears @ “Your sullen tears…” To what level exactly does an angel hope to get promoted to?
